Do you have a drop ship program?
Currently the only items we can drop ship are the balance boards in the "active play" section of our website. There is a 5% (min $5) drop ship fee. In the event of a return, we must charge a 15% restocking fee, and the return must be in resaleable condition.
What is the minimum order?
$200 for our main Challenge & Fun products. Holztiger is handled separately (and we only Holztiger east of the Mississippi), and the minimum order is $300. Case packs should also be followed (they are shown in parentheses by the item description).
Where are your products made?
Our products are made around the world in countries such as Lithuania, Poland, Turkey, Germany, USA, Sri Lanka, & China. Country of origin is noted at the top of each product section in our catalog and online catalog. If you are not certain, please ask. We no longer accept returns based on misunderstanding where an item is from.
Where is your organic cotton grown?
We represent three European companies (Kallisto, Keptin-Jr, & Lana) which make adorable stuffed animals and dolls using organic cotton. All of these companies manufacture their products in Europe. We have recently been asked where the cotton is grown, and we wanted to share the answer with our readers and customers.

Do you ship to Canada
Yes, we typically ship to Canada by UPS Expedited. We have had bad experiences with US Priority Mail. Since UPS Expedited covers most of the incoming brokerage costs, it is normally not more expensive than UPS Standard.
It is difficult to estimate the cost to Canada as it can vary widely depending on the weight. Most of the recent deliveries have been less than 10% of the value of the product. (but if you order the minimum $200 of heavy puzzles, it is guaranteed to be more than $20).
Are you a wholesaler or retailer?
This site is strictly wholesale. In order to buy from this site you must be a store (reseller) and buy in minimum packs and meet minimum orders. Retail customers may order on our retail "shopatron" website.
Should my order reflect pack quantities, or unit quantities.
Unit quantities. You should order in the correct multiples (if an item is sold in packs of 4, you should order 4, 8, or 12 etc). We promise we won't send you 8 packs of 4 (32 pcs), when you order "8".
Do you use sustainable wood?
Yes! Here are the specifics for each wooden line:
1. Chelona uses FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood. We have the certificate on file.
2. TJ Whitneys has stated that their wood is FSC certified. We have requested the certificate.
3. Sina Spielzeug & Holztiger: These products are made in Europe from European trees. The standards are very strict in Europe and all forestry is practiced in a sustainable manner.
4. Challenge & Fun (Labyrinth Balance Boards): The main component of the balance board (the board) is sourced in Europe (see #3). Additionally, the new delivery of wood due to arrive in August 08 will be FSC certified. Smaller components (1/2 round pivot ball, marbles, etc) are sourced in Maine. Maine also has strict laws governing sustainable forestry practices.

How do I update my shipping address?
Unfortunately, the express checkout doesn't have a login area for customers to change their shipping and billing information. The developers are aware of the problem and will be improving the express checkout soon. In the meantime you will need to create a new account with a separate email address with the new address changes.

Do you have an order form?
We have an order form that you can download and use for HOLZTIGER.
We don't have an official order form for Challenge & Fun. However, we can email you an excel version of our price list which you can use to create an order if you like.
